I always get super sweaty palms and butterflies whenever I have to perform in front of a huge group and stuff. It feels like I always suffocate or whatever when the nervousness comes up. Can you help me?

How can I get over my fear of butterflies?

I have this really irrational fear (as you can see) of butterflies. I don’t know what it is about them, just the way they flap and they just look so eerie to me.
When they come near me my stomach feels like its filling with freezing water or ice and I stop breathing. If they get really near then the freezing stops and my heart pumps super fast and I start screaming. I actually cried once because one came into the classroom. It wasn’t even anywhere near me.

The other weird thing is though is that my room is covered pretend butterflies and they don’t bother me at all, even though they are quite realistic some of them, and the ones in my window even flap like real ones.

I don’t know why I feel like this, how can I get over it?
Also, what is this fear called?
